At Ashoka, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Holiday Mailing Associate to join our team. This is a seasonal role that requires working on-site 5 days a week in our Rosslyn office.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact with printers and designers for holiday mailing materials
  • Collaborating with the CEO to finalize details of mailing materials
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date mailing recipient and category information
  • Edit drafts of holiday materials to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Overseeing the logistics of mailing packages to ensure timely delivery
  • Providing support to the Executive Assistant and Correspondence team with holiday mailing-related tasks

This role requires the ability to work efficiently during peak periods, particularly in December. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess excellent analytical skills.

Requirements:

  • 40 hours/week, with additional hours available during high-peak work periods in December
  • Must be available to work on-site 5 days a week in our Rosslyn office
