Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Sparks Group. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an office environment, has excellent communication skills, and can adapt quickly to changing situations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail and packages.
* Maintain the organization of the office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and performing basic maintenance tasks.
* Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of relevant work experience in an administrative role.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
* Competitive salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
