About the RoleAs a Sales Associate with Crane Payment Innovations, you will be responsible for representing our Cummins Allison product line, which includes back-office currency counting equipment and technical services, as well as customer-facing currency counting equipment and self-check-out cash payment solutions. You will be working with national customers, located locally, as the local customer-facing representative for our equipment and service products.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve equipment and service sales targets and goals
- Represent CPI to national customers, located locally as the local customer-facing representative for our equipment and service products
- Develop strong relationships within assigned customers at all levels of their organization
- Expand existing sales and service business ensuring growth and readiness in all segments by developing and implementing sales growth-oriented programs
- Engage key customers, execute strategies, evaluate competitive solutions, resolve disputes and improve acceptance of CPI solutions
- Track activities and opportunities utilizing Salesforce.com as well as a variety of additional tools and reports
- Drive proposal development and coordinate responses to large bid requests
- Work in conjunction with Region Sales Managers to facilitate execution at field level

Qualifications and Requirements- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years sales experience in direct-to-customer environments
- Excellent understanding of the sales process
- Ability to identify customer needs and solve problems
- Relationship builder, known for being honest and trustworthy
- Action-oriented; self-starter who doesn't wait for specific direction
- Ability to travel overnight up to 10%
