POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a skilled Healthcare Relationship Manager to oversee the sales and public relations efforts of our clinics. This role serves as the primary sales and marketing representative responsible for cultivating relationships between healthcare providers and our facilities to enhance the volume of patient referrals for treatment and care. The individual in this position will act as a liaison for physicians and medical practices, facilitating effective communication between referring doctors and specialized healthcare providers. This role necessitates travel to various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting outreach to local primary care and specialty physicians to boost patient referrals to our system.
  • Engaging with local healthcare providers to promote the services offered by our facilities.
  • Assisting physicians in establishing and maintaining relationships with specialists and surgeons to ensure confident patient referrals.
  • Enhancing physician referrals and connecting our facilities with the local healthcare ecosystem.
  • Meeting with referring physicians to discuss patient care, referrals, new treatment options, and expressing gratitude for existing referrals.
  • Increasing the volume of high-revenue procedures and surgeries.
  • Reporting to the business development manager while adhering to the marketing objectives and philosophies of our organization.
  • Tracking progress in building referral networks and managing practitioner relationships.
  • Coordinating and leading public relations initiatives and awareness campaigns.
  • Exhibiting high ethical standards and sound judgment, including maintaining confidentiality in a medical environment.

Qualifications:

  • MA Certification is advantageous.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, with the ability to analyze EMR reports.
  • General medical knowledge, particularly related to our facility's services and treatment options.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to various healthcare settings.
  • Ability to provide proof of legal eligibility to work without sponsorship.
  • Capability to successfully complete a comprehensive background check.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Benefit eligibility for full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week begins the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
  • Eligibility to participate in our 401(k) program starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
