Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Hunting new business opportunities and lead generation
  • Managing the process from interview through offer stage and close of sale
  • Managing your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new
  • Searching, sourcing, and screening potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources
  • Building close partnerships with clients and helping their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates
  • Conducting in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates
  • Mentoring and developing entry-level sales consultants across the office
  • Having an involvement in the proposal process by developing and pitching proposals
  • Negotiating commercial terms of business and rates
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in new situations
  • Coachability and a willingness to implement feedback and continuous self-improvement
  • Excellent written communication and articulation skills, as well as strong note-taking and listening skills
  • 1+ years of experience in a recruitment or business development role
  • Prospecting experience is required
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools (Zoominfo, LinkedIn recruiter, job boards, etc.)
  • A positive attitude and desire to win, with a proven history of consistently achieving quotas or objectives
  • Driven by a desire to achieve meaningful and measurable results, develop as a sales professional
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
