As a Program Manager, Engagement, you will play a crucial role in managing high-touch campaigns, enabling collaboration, and supporting various Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Your program management expertise will ensure the success of our initiatives as you expertly manage programs within our DE&I team, ensuring objectives and deadlines are met with unparalleled quality.

This hybrid position is based in Overland Park, KS or Bellevue, WA and requires 3 days per week in office minimum.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage Programs: Oversee and execute high-impact DE&I programs and campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): Act as a key liaison for ERGs, providing guidance, resources, and support to amplify their impact within the organization
  • Monitor Program Success: Track and report on the progress of DE&I programs, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments as needed.
  • Develop Communication Strategies: Create and implement communication plans that effectively convey the goals, progress, and successes of DE&I initiatives to various stakeholders.
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.


Education:
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)


Work Experience:
  • 2-4 years Operations excellence and process improvement (Required)
  • 2-4 years Program management experience, including a demonstrated ability to identify and measure key metrics (Required)

Base Pay Range: $62,000 - $111,900

Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
