Make history with us.GENERAL SUMMARYLeads the development and coordination of strategies, financial objectives, plans, risks & opportunities across the Pacific Foods portfolio, with primary responsibility for forecasting, analyzing, and evaluating financial plans and budgets. Leads the development of the Strategic and Annual Operating Plans by coordinating across the Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Insights and Sales organizations to develop realistic plans for the Meals and Sauces category. Accountable for the analysis of financial aspects of major business initiatives, including the economic viability of investments. Provides analyses of performance versus operating budgets/prior year and presents overall financial results, using this information to drive decisions. Partners with the Head of Marketing - Pacific to deliver Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan and Financial Projection objectives.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESPartner with the Pacific Foods cross functional leadership team providing key financial insight and leadership in running the business and managing overall P&LLead interactions with Finance and Business stakeholders to provide insightful, timely and accurate updates and recommendations around:Ongoing financial performance, trends and KPIsFinancial Risks & OpportunitiesFinancial plans and projectionsPredictive AnalyticsStrategic projects and financial investmentsAd hoc business analyticsAct as divisional liaison / functional expert for core processes including providing process review and suggested improvements and key KPI benchmarksPresent Monthly and Quarterly business updates to Distinctive Brands Leadership Team and Finance LeadLead interactions with Distinctive Brands Planning and Analytics team to provide guidance and assist in prioritizing business requestsParticipate in development and training initiatives for broader FP&A teamCOMPLEXITY AND SCOPEManage financial planning & reporting over new initiatives and innovation pipeline requiring complex modeling of outcomes at times with limited data referencesSeamlessly manage competing priorities in a fast and high-pressured matrixed environmentCoordinate and communicate fluidly and proactively across all levels of cross functional leadershipManage financial planning & reporting over complex and diverse categoryMINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREDBachelor's degree required8+ years finance experience requiredEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED)MBA or CPA preferredCPG related experience with some Brand/Sales experienceOTHER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDEDHighly motivated individual with proven track record of ability to positively impact business resultsExperience in a highly matrixed organizationExcellent verbal and written communication skills requiredOutstanding analytical abilities and strong interpersonal skills requiredCompensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$85,900-$140,800Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
