Walmart, Costco, Kroger, Albertsons/Safeway, Publix, HEB, Target, Food Lion, Meijer, and Shoprite.With ambitious expansion plans on the immediate horizon, this is a unique opportunity for an AR Specialist to experience personal and professional growth while also having an immediate impact on the business.Position SummaryLily s Toaster Grills is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to own the order to cash process within the organization. This position will be responsible for applying customer payments, accurately processing trade deductions, disputing trade deductions as necessary, reconciling trade deductions to planned promotion spend, and working with our EDI third party to onboard new customers. The candidate must be an extremely organized self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced work environment, capable of handling high volumes of data and possess advanced skills in MS Excel.No less important, we are looking for an individual who will embrace the company s core value system:Never Compromise on SafetyBias to ActionMake Each Other BetterHave Fun BuildingSpread GoodnessPrimary responsibilitiesWork directly with the operations and logistics team to accurately and timely invoice customers based on company revenue recognition policies.Apply customer payments, trade deductions, and discounts accurately through NetSuite.Help identify and execute opportunities to streamline and digitize the AR process.Identify deductions and obtain proper backup via vendor portals or other means.Work directly with the sales team to determine accuracy of deductions and dispute the deductions as necessary.Work with the sales team to provide timely sales reports, open orders reports, and collections updatesComplete weekly bank reporting of sales, deductions, and collections to accurately reflect available borrowing base.Create and maintain electronic
order packets
and ensure all required support is included.Track, reconcile, and record brokerage expenses for multiple brokers across the organization.Work directly with third party EDI team to automate the order to pay process with all customers.Reconcile all information across Lily s ERP system and customer EDI portals.Required Qualifications: Associate Degree or higher with focus on Accounting.In lieu of degree, a minimum of two years
industry experience managing the Accounts Receivable life cycle for a Consumer Products business (ideally food experience).Detail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated and independent with the ability to research issues and solve problems.Comfortable communicating with brokerage firms, customers, and multiple departments within the organization.NetSuite or similar ERP experience preferred.SPS Commerce or similar EDI provider experience preferred.Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.What Lily s Toaster Grills Offers: Competitive compensation dependent upon experience and qualifications401(k) MatchingPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysMedical / Dental / Vision insuranceOpportunity for a flexible work schedule.
