Senior Sales Executive:
This role focuses on new business development and comes with significant income potential. The individual in this position will be tasked with researching, prospecting, and scheduling appointments with C-level contacts in mid-market, major, and enterprise businesses. Serving as a consultant, they will delve into understanding the customer's challenges and educate them on how our cost savings model can address those issues. The compensation package includes a competitive base salary, a percentage of gross profit, and bonuses. With our disruptive business model, the successful candidate has the potential to earn 1.5 to 2 times more than the typical sales executive in this industry. Essential Duties:
  • Drive sales revenue and enhance market share through effective management of assigned tasks, surpassing quotas via networking, cold calling, and lead generation
  • Foster a culture of sales excellence within the office, emphasizing established sales processes, meticulous pipeline management, and accurate forecasting, with a keen focus on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Engage in discussions at the executive level, presenting oneself as a business consultant.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify their challenges, aligning with the company's products/services to address those issues.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients and provide exemplary client care.
  • Deliver presentations, negotiate terms of sale, and provide client training, acting as a representative.
  • Develop and maintain a prospecting plan, including effective territory management. Identify key areas of opportunity for new business and conduct necessary sales reporting.
  • Consistently secure new accounts through proactive prospecting and closing strategies.
  • Promote additional products and services when applicable.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of company's products, programs, and services.
  • Stay informed about the industry, keeping abreast of trends that influence the marketplace.
  • Travel to and from client sites as required.
Qualifications:
  • Associates degree or greater education
  • Minimum 2 years outside sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of success in outside sales and/or B2B sales
  • Proven track record of net new business development
  • Experience selling into the C-suite
  • Existing network of C-suite contacts
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with excellent time management skills
  • Experience selling technology products
  • Ability to travel when needed
