- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Customer Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Performance Management:
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Assess sales data and use it to develop sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales progress, goals, and forecasts to the management team.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar managerial role in B2C sales.
- Successful track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in a business-to-business sales environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team of at least 10 members.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of CRM systems and best practices.
- BS/BA degree in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
