Position Overview
The Head of Informatics and Quality Assurance at LGC Clinical Diagnostics will spearhead significant sales expansion and cultivate enduring business relationships with end-user clients for our diagnostic and genomic product offerings.

This role will oversee the Technical Accounts Specialist (TAS) team, enhancing both customer and TAS experiences during the implementation and utilization of IAMQC Peer and IAMQC Infinity. Responsibilities include optimizing project turnaround times for IAMQC Infinity and fostering the development of training tools, sales resources, and product enhancement materials such as brochures, user manuals, technical guides, and instructional videos. Regular travel to client locations is a necessary aspect of this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all submissions related to informatics requirements, including NDAs, pricing contracts, and supply agreements pertinent to informatics products.

- Abbott US: Provide technical assistance and sales support for Multichem, oversee product launches in the US, conduct sales analysis, and develop resources for both Multichem and informatics products.

- Roche US: Similar responsibilities as with Abbott, focusing on technical support and sales initiatives.

- Beckman US: Monitor inventory turnover and sales metrics in the US, ensuring that the Multichem S Plus has validated values for Beckman US reagents, and act as a liaison between Beckman Customer Service and LGC Customer Service to address needs.

- Multichem Training: Deliver training to B2B partnership sales teams, new LGC hires, and the sales team regarding the Multichem line, collaborating with Sales Operations on cross-functional training for clinical lab or Multichem/Informatics requirements.

- Technical Support: Assist the Technical Support Team with any inquiries related to informatics or Multichem products.

- LGC PACE Educational Contact: Serve as the administrator for all PACE-related needs at LGC, managing and grading QC Workbooks for global customers requiring certification of completion, and providing quarterly reports to ASCLE/PACE.

Additionally, review all exception reports for every Multichem lot produced by Ireland to assess regulatory impacts on customer needs and operational strategies when manufacturing exceptions arise. Develop case studies addressing any product issues or gaps affecting LGC commercially.

Sales Tools Management:
Oversee and update the ready reckoner and Volume Calculator for product launches, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of all internal and competitor products and services to position LGC as a leading diagnostics and genomics provider.

Expected travel for this role is approximately 50% or more.
