Job Summary:


Automotive Sales Associate at Chevrolet of Milford is a full-time position with a guaranteed salary/ commission.

Located in Milford, Connecticut, this position offers a competitive compensation package of $60,000 to $150,000+ per year with weekly pay & monthly bonuses.

As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly successful team and represent one of the top automotive brands in the world.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot, providing a positive and memorable experience
- Identify and understand the needs of potential buyers and match them to the appropriate vehicle
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing
- Use effective sales techniques to negotiate and close deals with customers
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets
- Utilize various lead generation tools and techniques to develop a customer base and establish repeat business
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Chevrolet products, features, and accessories
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support and assistance
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process
- As needed, participate in training programs to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required; post-secondary education a plus
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient with technology and comfortable with learning new systems
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Bi-Lingual Spanish or Portuguese a HUGE PLUS
