- Required: Bachelor's degree in related field
- Preferred: Master's degree
- Licensure/Certification
- Required: Epic certification within one year (Resolute HB/PB, Caboodle, Cupid, Reporting Workbench or other applicable as assigned)
- Preferred: Certification in Performance Analytics Warehouses & Business Intelligence Tools

- Required: Three (3) years of experience in data analytics and data modeling in Healthcare

- Essential Responsibilities
- Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
- Designs, develops, and maintains user-friendly data visualizations and dashboards using complex datasets from various sources.
- Designs and implements data strategy to support effective business intelligence/analytics.
- Ensures data validity of metrics reported internally or externally.
- Develops and implements data analyzes, data collection systems and other strategies that support departmental and organizational needs while enabling and optimizing efficient and flexible statistical analyzes of clinical and operational data.
- Generates insights for action using technical and analytical expertise to understand clinical and operational data opportunities.
- Develops architectural, analytical, and procedural processes that enable flexible clinical analyzes so that organizational stakeholders can understand their unique metrics of interest.
- Drives standardization, efficiency, and improvements in clinical and operational data reporting.
- Collaborates with Information Systems and Business Intelligence departments to facilitate additional reporting needs for ambulatory division initiatives.
- Increases the interactive nature of data analytics tools to help elevate end user data analytics expertise to support strategic planning, program management, business management and goal setting.
- Participates in meetings and on teams as a resource for the purposes of operational and clinical business decision making.
- Prepares and presents data to physicians, leadership, and clinical staff.
- In collaboration with various stakeholders, including end-users, application teams, Epic TSs, Super Users, and others, plays a crucial role in optimizing existing analytics, architecture, and technology.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
