A healthcare company in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking a Case Management Supervisor to manage a department of case managers and oversee retention efforts.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Supervise and manage the case management department.
  • Oversee case managers and ensure effective case handling and resolution.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to case managers.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of case managers and provide feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  • Prepare and present reports on departmental performance and retention metrics.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in case management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
