Job Opportunity: Case Manager

TemPositions is seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team in Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Staten Island. As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their housing and employment goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide case management services to clients in transitional housing, including developing and implementing individualized plans to achieve housing and employment stability.
  • Conduct orientations with clients, review facility rules and regulations, and provide information on client rights and responsibilities.
  • Assist clients in obtaining income and public benefits, such as Public Assistance and SSI.
  • Collaborate with transitional housing income building specialists, housing specialists, child care staff, and recreational staff to develop and implement Independent Living Plans (ILPs) for each client.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field required.
  • One year of social service experience or approved equivalent.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
