Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:
    • Develop, facilitate, and manage all phases of the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborative Job Development:
    • Partner with department managers to draft detailed job descriptions and assess current hiring needs.
  • Job Posting & Screening:
    • Post job openings, screen applications, and reach out to qualified candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Interviewing:
    • Schedule and conduct interviews, providing a positive candidate experience while evaluating skills and cultural fit.
  • Offer Process Management:
    • Work closely with the HR Manager to finalize offer details, including salary ranges, start dates, and other specifics.
  • Onboarding & Orientation:
    • Prepare and send offer and welcome letters, and manage new hire orientation to integrate new employees smoothly.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Job Fairs & Outreach:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist the HR Manager with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience:
    • At least 1 year of recruiting experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Recruitment Strategies:
    • Proficiency in creating and implementing sourcing strategies for diverse roles.
  • Organizational Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Compliance Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to hiring and recruitment.
  • Technical Skills:
