Job DescriptionJob Description

JOB SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: Under the supervision of the Manager, Human Resources, the key roles are primary responsibility for owning the day-to-day recruiting process for the organization’s human resources department. The duties included, working with staff at all levels to ensure that quality candidates are sourced, screened, recruited, and guided through the orientation process. To excel in this key role, you must be able communicate clearly.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

  • Manage all recruitment responsibilities, including handling daily operations of office-level recruitment efforts, arranging on-campus interviews and screening coordination, and assessing advertising needs.
  • Oversee the day-to-day of Recruiting including scheduling interviews, managing pipelines, candidate decision meetings, cultivation visits, and offer letters.
  • Track candidates from the interviewing phase through the offer and onboarding phase, ensuring all stages are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Tracks recruiting expenses to provide input to the management team for preparation of the recruiting budget.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, and leave.)
  • May include other duties as assigned and/or special projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years of experience that demonstrates increasing capability and responsibility; professional services experience preferred.
  • Associate degree required or equivalent years of experience.
  • The desire to take initiative and actively contribute to the team.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to learn the company’s financial and operational functions.
  • The mindset to provide superior service.
  • Experience with applicant tracking system required; experience with iCIMS a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office required.
  • Familiarity with ADP software and resume database, preferred.
