The position requires a Secret or Top Secret clearance. The role involves managing cloud infrastructure tools and data for the Aircraft Ground Systems team. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams, such as with Systems Engineering, Cloud and Application, Test Automation, DevSecOps and Systems Test, in an Agile software development environment. The successful candidate should have knowledge of C++ and experience in implementing software and scripts in one or more programming languages. The candidate should also be familiar with cloud technologies and service providers such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.

  • Participate in the full software development life cycle including requirements, design, implementation, qualification, and delivery of software products to our customers
  • Setup an overall Cloud-native Software Factory
  • Manage and improve container orchestration and deployment strategies
  • Develop tools to manage continuous integration, software stack support, code quality and coverage
  • Ensure and develop tools for monitoring security, privacy, and integrity of data and other resources

The ideal candidate will have experience or certification with cloud and container management and security technologies such as VMWare, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Redhat OpenShift, Amazon Elastic Container Service, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, and Nomad. Additional preferred qualifications include experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible, Puppet, and Terraform and familiarity with working in an Agile Framework.
