Workstation Support Analyst Onsite - Columbia, SC

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Workstation Support Analyst for an Onsite Opportunity. This role is responsible for configuring, installing, and maintaining desktop software and hardware. Provides technical support and guidance to users.

Required Qualifications of the Workstation Support Analyst:

Applicants Must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
  • Required Education: Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job related field or 2 years of job related work experience.
  • Work Experience: 2 year-of technical operations support experience
  • Recent experience configuring, installing, and maintaining desktop software and hardware
  • Routine transporting of items up to 30 lbs. Transporting items up to 70lbs on occasion
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Preferred: A+ Certification
Responsibilities of the Workstation Support Analyst:
  • Able to provide consultation to IT users for all aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software. Able to provide on-the-spot training to users. Understands operating systems imaging concepts. Able to make recommendations on selection of hardware and software products to address business requirements.

Work Location: Onsite in Columbia, SC
