Pay Range: $26.81/hr.

Long Term Contract

Position Description:

  • Completion of organization's month performance metric data consolidation, analysis & publication.
  • Plan, coordinate & support team and customer meetings to include airfare, lodging, food & beverage. hospitality.
  • Coordinate demo vehicle ordering, tracking, courtesy delivery paperwork, vehicle transportation logistics & other admin activities in support of the demo vehicle program.
  • Maintain budget allocations and reconciliations throughout the year in partnership with the Finance organization leads.
  • Lead completion of necessary POs to support organization activities as needed.
  • Ensure organizational documentation is maintained & retained in accordance with required internal control processes, procedures, & audit requirements. Direct support & completion assistance of the organization's annual MCRP.
  • Plan, schedule, coordinate & facilitate monthly team meetings.
  • Ensure department communications are disseminated to all organization team members as well as administrative onboarding of new team members.
