Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and modifying precision assembly and/or manufacturing equipment
  • Managing numerous projects with minimal supervision
  • Preparing estimates for various tasks and projects
  • Driving continuous improvement activities
  • Collaborating with plant and corporate groups, as well as contractors and vendors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Computer degrees preferred)
  • 3+ years of Engineering/Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience with automation controls, PLC's, HMI's, and vision inspection systems preferred
  • Project Management skills and Lean Manufacturing experience are a plus
