Happy Hall Schools Inc. is an iconic and progressive early childhood organization serving families since 1951. We operate a range of programs for children 18 months through eighth grade at 10 locations in San Bruno, Millbrae, South San Francisco, and Pacifica.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enrollment Management:

  • Collaborate with the Executive Team to develop and execute enrollment strategies to meet targets for all programs.
  • Oversee the entire admission process, including lead management, applications, wait lists, and admissions decisions, with a strong emphasis on converting leads into enrollments.
  • Coordinate tours and informational sessions, typically led by directors.
  • Track and analyze enrollment data to identify trends and areas for improvement, reporting findings to the Executive Team.
Marketing and Outreach:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective families to Happy Hall Schools.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to manage the school's online presence, including the website and social media platforms.
  • Support program directors with writing newsletters and creating promotional content to increase the school's visibility.
Communication:
  • Maintain effective and skillful communication with prospective and current families.
  • Ensure all communications are clear, professional, and align with the school's branding and values.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from families and provide accurate information.
Office Management:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the administrative office at the headquarters to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Ensure a welcoming and professional environment in the administrative office.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, enrollment management, or a related role.
  • Experience in the sales, service industry, or educational sector.
Skills:
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Google Apps (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Chat)
  • Command of CRM tools for lead management and data analysis..
  • Strategic use of AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance communication, research, and other tasks.
  • Strong marketing skills and experience with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

This role is critical in driving the growth and success of Happy Hall Schools by ensuring that our programs reach and resonate with families in the community. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and strategic thinker, dedicated to enhancing the school's visibility and enrollment numbers. This is a highly visible in-person job with some flexibility.
