We're hiring an IT support specialist for endpoints to assist employees with endpoints and peripherals, managing printing services company-wide, incident response, and providing help desk and SaaS application support. WHAT YOU'LL DO As IT Support Specialist for a national general contractor, you’ll be responsible for: Preparation of endpoints Purchasing of equipment: endpoints and peripherals Managing printing services company-wide: Leases – tracking, ending, reporting to accounting, Coordination of the maintenance of existing equipment. Stocking of toner and paper. Identification and acquisition of new equipment. Job site setup and support. Accountable for punctual attendance in meetings, meaningful contributions, and proactive communication of strategic directives or issue resolutions to both IT management and internal and external collaborators. Other duties as assigned. Help Desk / Support Providing end user help desk support for local and remote employees Providing end user training in hardware and software. Incident Response Managing containment, recovery, prevention, documentation, and communication in accordance with internal protocols for cybersecurity incidents. Being proficient at MS O365 Entra administration. SaaS Administration Being lead admin for one or more of Dowbuilt’s SaaS applications, such as Egnyte, HRIS, Acumatica, O365. WHAT YOU BRING As our IT Support Specialist for Endpoints, you'll confidently and professionally represent Dowbuilt, with a positive attitude and customer service-driven approach. To succeed in this position, you’ll bring: Certificate training or degree in IT preferred (CompTIA, Microsoft Fundamentals, IT or CS degree or equivalent). Experience at a help desk or with equipment. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). Experience with applications such as Smartsheet, Egnyte, Slack, and Jira is preferred.
