Responsibilities:

  • Document Management:
    • Download tax documents using our software systems.
    • Send tax documents securely through secure portals.
    • Assemble and send tax returns to clients.
    • Scan and autoflow tax documents into tax returns.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Work closely with accounting staff to manage the flow of projects.
    • Ensure all project deadlines are met and communicate any potential delays or issues to the team.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, receiving and sending correspondence by mail, e-mail, or other software, filing, and appointment scheduling.
    • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including organizing and cleaning the kitchen, conference rooms, and other common areas.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using software for document management and secure communications.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and be flexible with daily tasks.
  • Deadline-driven with a strong sense of responsibility.
Software:
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Experience with CCH Axcess preferred
Experience:
  • Two (2) or more years of administrative experience in a professional services firm OR
  • One (1) year of administrative experience in a professional services firm with associate degree
