Job Summary:

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a high level of professionalism and discretion. As a Custody Operations Specialist, you will be working closely with the management team to develop and implement effective strategies for maintaining a safe and secure environment. You will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to adults in custody, helping them to maintain order and adhere to agency guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor the activities of adults in custody
  • Conduct searches for contraband and maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Provide guidance and support to adults in custody
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement effective strategies

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly. In addition, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to pass a background check.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Please note that this is an estimated range and may vary based on individual circumstances.
