Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications

  • Document and maintain IT inventory and software licenses

Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Experience providing support in a Windows Environment
  • Experience providing support in a Azure Cloud Environment

  • Provide excellent customer service
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
