We are seeking an Office Assistant to:
  • Answer multi-line telephone, assist callers, greet and direct visitors.
  • Assist with scanning, entering, filing, mailing, and printing documents.
  • Schedule meetings as requested.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
Work Experience
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative support role Preferred
