The role

This is a full-cycle Account Executive (AE) role. You are expected to excel in outbound sales and build your own pipeline of new accounts. We expect AEs to set 5 new demos each week through their own outbound efforts, without any support from marketing. You should be proficient with sales tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot. As an early-stage startup, everyone is expected to work harder, smarter, and longer.

  1. Source and close net new accounts (deal size $20k to $200k+)
  2. Manage your deal pipeline, keep it clean, follow up with leads, and close them to paying customers
  3. Excellent with cold calling, prospecting, and email sequences
  4. Prospect from target ICP accounts; find the right contacts; write personalized sequences that convert and get demos. 
  5. Become an expert on the Coram AI platform and independently give demos to prospects.

Requirements

  1. At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B technical sales and a quota-carrying role
  2. Excellent with pricing negotiation and showing the product value to the customer
  3. Successful track record of net new accounts that are self-sourced
  4. Track record of closing deals of more than $30k in annual contract value (ACV)
  5. Ability to work very hard and be creative in how you generate leads. You should not be waiting for leads to show up in your pipeline.
  6. Provide at least two references if we reach an offer stage
