Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand our client base by promoting our services to various commercial entities, including office buildings, industrial facilities, and educational institutions.
  • Identify and pursue potential clients through targeted research and scheduling face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly, while also preparing comprehensive proposals and presentations.
  • Efficiently manage sales activities and schedules using Salesforce.com.
  • Engage in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and foster connections.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, with a track record of closing deals.
  • Proficiency in landscape design concepts, materials, equipment, and grading/utilities.
  • Knowledge of Blueprints and able to scale
  • Pricing knowledge of all aspects of landscape installs
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a sales team and with operations teams.
  • History of active involvement in relevant associations and networking groups.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to undergo background checks and drug tests.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
