Your Role:

As our Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for nurturing existing relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You'll manage client expectations, walk job sites, create scopes of work, and estimate project costs, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Visit job sites to assess project requirements, create scopes of work, and estimate costs.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and other documentation necessary for project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong skills in relationship-building, communication, and client service.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with site assessments, creating scopes of work, and project cost estimation.
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed client expectations and meet sales goals.
  • Strong understanding of legal documents and construction industry regulations.
  • Experience with a small, privately-owned business is a plus.
  • Dependable, results-oriented, and ethical, with verifiable references.
  • Must pass background and drug screenings.
