The Director of Finance will be for a leading global supplier of hardware and software solutions for the manufacture of semiconductors and electronics. The incumbent will be an integral part of the leadership team in the sales region. Supported by your dedicated teams, you will cover all commercial activities for the business processes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) as well as administrative areas of Accounting and Controlling.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overall Finance responsibility for legal entities and business. Together with the head of the sales region, you will define and improve the organization, processes and systems to ensure a cost efficient and economic setup, aligned with the relevant strategic directions.
  • Responsible for commercial activities in the field of Customer Relationship Management. You will oversee boundary conditions for pricing and other financial aspects of business and lead discussions with customers concerning sales and service contracts.
  • Manage all Accounting, Tax and Treasury activities. This includes general ledger accounting, A/R, A/P, statutory reporting, tax and cash flow management, which are all handled by a dedicated team. It also includes responsibility for compliance as well as the handling of internal and external audits.
  • Perform Financial Planning and Analysis. Supported by your team, you will provide regular forecasts of P&L-positions and execute a yearly budget planning of headcount, overhead costs, and CAPEX. Your analysis of business data will provide useful input for business review with the local team and headquarters.
  • Oversee local Supply Chain activities such as repair and logistics. You will lead teams taking care of local repair and logistics to support customer satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 8 to 10 years financial leadership experience

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance
  • MBA preferred
