Performs expert level troubleshooting skills, operation, diagnosis and installation as well as major and general repair of critical and non-critical mechanical plant systems, various types of machinery, and equipment. Systems include operation, maintenance and repairs of steam and hot water generation and distribution systems and associated equipment, diesel generator sets, plumbing, electrical and other specialized equipment of our main facility and satellite buildings. Plans and completes repairs and installations using diagrams, blueprints, schematics and O&M manuals. Completes work generated from maintenance work orders and submits the correct documentation. National EPA Section 608 Certification - State County City Trade License Authority within 6 months (180 days) of hire. 6 years experience with duties of a Stationary Engineer. 6 years Boiler, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and plumbing experience required. Computer and facilities management systems experience. Experienced in reading and interpreting schematic mechanical drawings.
