As a Junior Electrical Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting analyses to develop electrical design alternatives or recommendations, and aiding in the preparation of cost estimates and specifications.
  • Executing routine electrical engineering tasks under the guidance of the Project Engineer or Project Manager, focusing on expected outcomes.
  • Participating in projects with defined objectives and limited variables.
  • Handling smaller projects or supporting senior engineers on larger initiatives.
  • Collaborating with Project Engineers, other Electrical Engineers in Training, or Technicians as necessary.
  • Performing additional duties as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with a focus on Electrical.
  • Prior experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm.
  • Interest in sustainable design/LEED is a plus but not mandatory.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis.
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
  • Previous internship experience is advantageous.
  • Proficient computer skills in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Revit, SKM, AGI, and EasyPower.
  • A strong desire to pursue professional growth and obtain registration.
  • A commitment to actively participating in our employee-owned culture is essential.
