Description

IT Support Specialist, Part-Time
Are you good at resolving hardware and software technical issues? Do you like helping others? Do you want to be a part of a Christ-centered team? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then our IT Support Specialist position may be right for you:

Primary Position Responsibilities:
  • Configure agency-owned computers
  • Deploy computers and printers to staff
  • Troubleshoot issues with computers & printers
  • Assist with daily service calls & emails from staff
  • Assist with hardware projects as needed
Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Degree in Information Technology or related field, earned or in progress
  • CompTIA A+ certification, earned or in progress
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 Professional edition
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016 and Office 365
  • Experience in building and repairing desktops and laptops
  • Demonstrable verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Successful completion and maintenance of any required training and/or certification

This is an office-based position, not a remote position.

Hourly Rate: $20/hr
