Desktop Analyst

  • Contract to hire at $35 per hour
  • 5 days per week onsite in Boston, 10 AM-6 PM
  • Previous Legal or Professional services experience required

Day-to-Day:

  • Hands-on, in-person support assisting with troubleshooting - must be able to work independently
  • Will be supporting 500+ users onsite and remotely
  • Support Windows primarily and support Mac
  • Working with and providing support for Microsoft Office applications (Windows 11)
  • Provide mobile support (MDM)

Requirements:

2-3 years of technical experience

Active Directory experience

Strong communication skills, customer service oriented

Legal or professional services industry experience

Bachelor's or Associates degree is preferred

Team:

Desktop Support Supervisor and 5 other analysts
