The primary duties include helping people utilize natural supports and to access, obtain and monitor community services to address needs in one or more of the following areas: housing/living; educational/vocational; income/benefits; mental health; physical health; alcohol and substance abuse; socialization/support and activities of daily living. BCM's work independently yet collaboratively with various agencies, treatment providers and the education system to help people achieve success, promote well-being and maintain independence. Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within two months of graduating with a qualifying degree/credits. Other Requirements: PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title. Hiring preference for this vacancy will be given to candidates who live within Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, and Washington counties.
