HOA Compliance Administrator

HOAMCO is seeking a Full-Time HOA Compliance Administrator for Santa Fe, NM. This position entails conducting vehicular inspections of multiple homeowners' association to ensure residents are compliant with the community regulations. We are looking for a dependable candidate with a clean driving record who understands the importance of excellent customer service. Apply today
A company vehicle is provided while working these shifts.
Qualifications:
- Clean driving record
- Exceptional customer service
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Conflict resolution experience, able to cope with homeowner concerns
- Familiarity with Homeowners Associations preferred
Position Duties:
- Send homeowners violation notices
- Communicate with Homeowners as needed
- Coordinate and conduct drive by and walking inspections noting property violations
- Computer savvy, specific program training provided
- Work well in a team environment
- Excellent customer service is a key component of this position
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of community CC&Rs and policies
- Follow Board and/or Manager requests in regards to Compliance enforcement
