This position sits at our Corporate office in Greenwich, CT.

Responsibilities:

   Work with Brand President to develop and implement plans to achieve sales targets

   Cultivate relationships at buyer and DMM level with key customers to grow customer loyalty

   Track monthly bookings versus LY to determine level of effectiveness with sell in

   Track and draft key account weekly reports and distribute to Brand President

   Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals and gain intel on other brands

   Assess retail landscape and competition to identify opportunities

   Work with Product Development on Branded Make Up's

   Schedule weekly call with Born President

   Schedule weekly call with customer in order to manage order book 

   Inventory availability knowledge

   Proficient presentation skills and product knowledge of assigned brands

Required Skills and Experience:

   Bachelor's degree

   A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in footwear industry

   60% job is travel within U.S.

   FFANY Show Travel 4 times a year.

   In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques as well as best practices.

   Proficient in retail math, data analysis, Excel, PPT and Word.

   Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.

Excellent negotiating, communication skills, presentation skills
