Description
Overview:
Seeking a healthcare professional to help the organization create an environment that supports the mission of the organization to enhance the quality of life for all residents and provide exceptional service to all customers, internal and external.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide supervision and management of all residential sites to include group homes and supervised housing
Oversee the daily operations to ensure team members are complying with local and federal regulatory requirements
Provide training for team members to ensure quality of care for program participants
Develop goals to help enhance the quality of lives for residents
Prepare reports to be distributed to Interdisciplinary team members
Responsible for following incident management protocols and provide follow-up reporting as needed
Coordinate care and support based on individual needs of the residents
Ensure appropriate documentation is completed timely for all services delivered
Requirements
Experience and Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in human service field to include but not limited to social work, psychology, counseling, etc.
At least two years of experience working with the developmentally disabled population
At least two years of supervisory experience
Clearances and Certifications:
Due to health and regulatory agency standards, this position is required to be vaccinated and successfully pass background screenings and health clearances.
