Lund provides free clinical supervisionResidential Clinician provides comprehensive therapeutic clinical support in residential treatment setting for parents with mental health and substance use disorders. Responsibilities include individual treatment, therapeutic groups, crisis intervention, assessments, and referrals.More Information:Clinicians are part of a collaborative effort to improve practice in responding effectively to support family systems impacted by substance use disorders.Clinicians facilitate therapeutic groups and individual counseling to support clients to achieve client-identified goals.Full-time position.Lund offers support in achieving mental health and/or substance use treatment licensure through training and supervision.Non-Licensed pay at $27.50/hr. Licensed at $33.70/hr. What We Look For:Masters in psychology, social work, or counseling required. LADC and mental health licensures or eligibility is preferred. Additional salary consideration for licensure.Experience with family centered practice preferred.Solid assessment, documentation and narrative writing skills essential.Must work well independently yet collaboratively in residential treatment and child welfare settings with a multi-disciplinary team.Must be able to demonstrate each of the following:Ability to perform the essential job functions of the position either with or without reasonable accommodation.Ability to consistently demonstrate Lund's values of collaboration, compassion, empathy, integrity, and respect.Ability to understand and comply with operational standards, safety requirements, and employee policies.Ability to actively support diversity, equity, and cultural competency efforts within stated job responsibilities and work effectively across diverse cultures.Regular attendance is necessary and essential to meeting the expectations of the job.Ability to demonstrate excellent judgement and operate with the utmost confidentiality.Ability to maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, families, and other departments.Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully both orally and in writing.Proficiency in the use of applicable hardware and software as required.Ability to maintain a valid VT Driver's License and access to reliable transportation is required; occasional statewide travel may be required.Upon conditional offer of employment, must be able to successfully pass a background investigation.Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment with frequent interruptions.Ability to deescalate and resolve sensitive situations respectfully.
