The University of Vermont Health Network - Central Vermont Medical Center is seeking Nurse Residency Program Coordinators who are passionate about helping new graduates succeed in their careers. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs, mentoring new nurses, and providing feedback on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement educational programs for new graduate nurses

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
  • Licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Vermont
  • At least one year of experience as a registered nurse
