About the job Business Development Manager Central Europe

Responsibilities

  • Drive company direct, representatives and distribution sales to support customer design-in activities starting from pre-sales activities.
  • Be an authority on low power design.
  • Create and maintain opportunity pipeline and forecast to support company annual revenue plan.
  • Familiar and experience with Salesforce.com
  • Debug and bring up customer designs including software, hardware, and overall system.
  • Assist customers in microcontroller and application programming.
  • Feedback customers' inputs to marketing and engineering to shape the development of new ICs and reference designs.
  • Host technical trainings and seminars for customers and distributors/reps


Skills/Experience:

Candidates should have at least five years of experience supporting industrial and consumer devices using microcontroller, sensors and wireless. Strong written and oral communication and teamwork skills are required. Experience with wireless standards such as Bluetooth, WLAN, or Zigbee will be a plus and application experience with ARM based microcontrollers is strongly desired.

Will require traveling 50% of the time, domestic and international.

Education Requirements:

Required: Bachelor's, Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience

Preferred: Master's, Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
