RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Continually learn about electronic, low voltage and electrical devices in the automation industry and how they work together in a system (training provided)

Provide support to customers requesting product advice, system design and technical support

Provide clear, friendly, helpful information on the phone, via email and live chat

Represent our company professionally to customers, guests, and vendors

Provide internal support for company systems

Various projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Technically minded and interested in technology (basic knowledge of home electronics and wiring a plus)

IT background

Understanding of electrical distribution and theory

Understand LAN/WAN and smartphone apps

Understanding of basic A/V devices and systems

The successful candidate must be genuinely nice, professional, hard working, detail oriented, organized, team oriented and eager to learn

Willing and able to provide exceptional customer service at all times

Completely computer literate and working with new programs

Strong problem solving ability

Able to touch type 40+ wpm

Other Requirements

Must love working with digital devices, consumer electronics, and electronic systems

IT background

Must be reliable, energetic & organized

Handy person with general household repairs a plus

Reliable, punctual, and a genuinely nice person

Mon-Fri 8:00am -- 5:00pm, Full Time, No Weekends
