Sales Rep Leader

One of the Sage Group’s clients is looking for a Sales Rep Leader with experience leading inside sales reps in B2B tech, ideally SaaS. The client is a file hosting service headquartered in San Francisco, California, that offers cloud storage, file synchronization, personal cloud, and client software.

The Strategic Vendor Partner (SVP) team leverages third-party service providers (BPOs) to support client sales at scale across a variety of sales motions.

In this role, you’ll manage all elements of the Vendor Account Representative program including quota management, forecasting & revenue attainment. You’ll identify ways to evolve the program in alignment with H2 initiatives and set goals for the upcoming fiscal year.

You’ll continue to grow the program with an eye toward ROI by maintaining strong partnerships with cross-functional and Concentrix stakeholders. While partnering with the Concentrix Program Manager, you’ll leverage qualitative & quantitative insights, identify & solve for friction points, and action on growth opportunities.

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you’re a collaborative and highly energized sales leader, excited about managing a revenue-driving program, and have a passion for optimization and growth. You should be comfortable taking calculated risks, love engaging with a wide variety of internal and external partners, and be comfortable prioritizing & balancing competing needs.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years experience leading and managing inside B2B SaaS Sales reps
  • Proven track record of driving teams to revenue attainment
  • Strong project management skills with a history of managing multiple projects, including enablement, operations, and process improvement
  • Experience forecasting and representing sales performance at an executive level
  • Data minded - comfortable leveraging data to make programmatic decisions
  • Detail oriented, organized and proactive
  • Excellent stakeholder management and a passion for building relationships with internal and external partners
  • Experience leading by example and providing constructive feedback
  • Comfortable diffusing situations when conflict may arise by leveraging guidelines and process documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Experience working with Vendors / BPOs
  • Familiarity with sales tools / background in sales systems (SFDC, Outreach, Gong, etc.)
Work with a top-notch sales team to sell one of the world’s most recognizable tech products. Partner with sales, marketing, and operations to fill a critical role in Dropbox’s B2B business. Develop your sales skills working with world-class sales reps and managers.

At least one year of outbound prospecting experience, selling a tech product or complex non-tech solution (professional services, for example). Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write compelling sales messaging based on research. Ability to follow specific instructions.
