As a talent acquisition Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes within the organization. This position is ideal for individuals who have a keen interest in human resources, recruitment, and talent management. You will be responsible for assisting in sourcing, screening, and attracting top-tier candidates to meet the staffing needs of the company.
Key responsibilities:
- Learn to utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications, interests, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Learn to provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Maintain clear and open communication with candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Learn to assist in preparing and maintaining documentation related to the recruitment process.
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- An eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Prior HR or related internship experience is a plus
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs
