The Role:
A RN Clinical Manager leader with strong execution skills to manage tasks and develop people. This exempt role works alongside clinical management, RNs/LPN/s, Respiratory Therapists, and Nursing Assistants.
Work Schedule:
Mid-Shift Opportunity
5 days, 8-hour shifts
Schedule available such us:
12:00 PM- 8:00 PM
8:00 PM- 4:00 AM
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the day to day activities of the nursing unit
Exercises judgment in decision making
Staffing, clinical, and administrative matters for the AM and PM shifts
Assists staff with client care as assigned or as situations may require
Assists with Pre-Admission evaluations as needed
Participates in on-call rotation
The ideal applicant will possess:
Maintains a current Registered Nurse license from the Michigan Department of Community Health to practice as a licensed clinician in the State of Michigan
Experience in the acute care, rehabilitation, long term, and sub-acute settings
Knowledgeable in all aspects of LTC nursing, regulatory expectations, and reimbursement
Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
At least 3 years experience
