Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential support to students in an educational setting.

Role Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students' speech and language capabilities to formulate and implement effective treatment strategies.
- Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy services in accordance with individual student IEPs.
- Conduct thorough assessments, interpret results, and prepare comprehensive reports that highlight strengths and areas for improvement in speech, voice, fluency, language, and oral motor skills.
- Utilize current professional literature and evidence-based practices to inform clinical decisions.
- Foster a productive learning environment through effective management strategies and instructional techniques.
- Actively participate in IEP meetings, collaborative team discussions, and problem-solving sessions.
- Collaborate with instructional staff to create strength-based and family-centered treatment plans aimed at enhancing educational outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant school, state, and federal regulations regarding evaluations and service delivery.
- Support educators in identifying and addressing potential speech and language delays or disorders.

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
