Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential support to students within our educational partner network.

Role Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students' speech and language capabilities to formulate effective treatment strategies.
- Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy services in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, interpret results, and generate reports to identify strengths and areas of concern in speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills.
- Utilize current professional literature and evidence-based practices to inform clinical decisions.
- Foster a productive learning environment through effective management strategies, including procedures and instructional groupings.
- Actively participate in IEP meetings, collaborative team discussions, and problem-solving sessions.
- Collaborate with instructional staff to develop strength-based, child-centered treatment plans aimed at enhancing educational outcomes.
- Ensure that evaluations, intervention strategies, and service delivery comply with all relevant educational guidelines.
- Support educators in recognizing and addressing potential speech and language delays or disorders.

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
