Desktop Support Technician Chandler, AZ Onsite Contract $15.58/hr - $17.81/hr Our client is looking for a Desktop Support Technician for a 6-month contract in Chandler, AZ 85226. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future. Contract Duration: 6 months Required Skills & Experience 2+ years physical touch experience working in enterprise data centers and PC Support experience. Solid experience and understanding of Physical Touch Datacenter Support, Rack/Stack, Cable, Logistics/Asset Management Excellent customer service skills What You Will Be Doing Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups. Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed. Network connection issues, track network connections back to network switches. Escalates problems and issues to a higher level of support if unable to resolve. Represents our client in a professional and businesslike manner and communicates effectively with customers and associates. Interacts with customers, responding to routine technical questions or request for information.
