Key Responsibilities:
  1. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems and associated hardware.
  2. Document and maintain hardware and software systems, ensuring they are up-to-date.
  3. Manage user account information, including permissions and security settings.
  4. Provide training to employees, addressing product failures and coordinating parts replacement as necessary.
  5. Resolve network connectivity issues and trace connections back to network switches.
  6. Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support as needed.
  7. Represent the company professionally and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  8. Respond to routine technical inquiries and requests for information.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in enterprise data centers and PC support.
  • Strong understanding of Physical Touch Datacenter Support, including rack and stack, cable management, and asset logistics.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
